Shipping Policy

JM Auto Racing works to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery for every order. Depending on the product, package size, and destination, we may ship orders through FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, OnTrac, or another qualified ground, air, or freight carrier.

Available shipping methods may vary based on the type of product being purchased and the delivery destination.

Order Processing Times

Most in-stock products ship the same day or within one business day. However, please allow a normal processing period of approximately one to two business days before an order ships.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and may include:

• Order verification
• Payment authorization
• Product inspection
• Packaging
• Warehouse transfer
• Manufacturer or distributor processing

Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, painted, embroidered, assembled, or manufacturer-direct products may require additional production or processing time before they are ready to ship.

Expedited Shipping

Selecting an expedited shipping method does not eliminate normal order processing time and does not guarantee that an order will ship the same day.

Normal processing times of approximately one to two business days may still apply. Although we will make reasonable efforts to prioritize orders with expedited shipping, expedited processing is not guaranteed.

Expedited shipping only applies to the carrier’s estimated transit time after the item has been processed and is ready to ship.

If an item is backordered, made to order, special order, custom manufactured, awaiting production, or otherwise not immediately available, selecting expedited shipping will not make the item available sooner. The expedited service will only be applied once the item becomes available and is released for shipment.

Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by JM Auto Racing. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Backordered, Special-Order, and Made-to-Order Products

Estimated availability dates for backordered, special-order, custom, and made-to-order products are estimates provided by the manufacturer or supplier and may change without notice.

These products may require time to be:

• Manufactured
• Painted or finished
• Embroidered
• Assembled
• Imported
• Transferred between warehouses
• Released by the manufacturer

Any shipping method selected at checkout applies only after the product is ready to ship.

Oversized and Freight Shipments

Oversized products may be required to ship by truck freight or less-than-truckload freight, commonly referred to as LTL freight. Freight delivery differs from standard ground-package delivery.

Freight shipments generally require:

• A valid daytime telephone number
• A scheduled delivery appointment
• Inspection at the time of delivery
• A recipient signature

The recipient must inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage, missing items, or damaged packaging must be clearly documented on the carrier’s delivery receipt before the shipment is accepted.

Additional Shipping Charges

Oversized items may require additional shipping charges that are not automatically calculated or displayed during checkout.

These items may include, but are not limited to:

• Hoods
• Body kits
• Front and rear bumpers
• Tonneau covers
• Roofs
• Trunks and hatches
• Spoilers
• Large exhaust systems
• Wheels or tires
• Other oversized automotive components

If additional shipping charges are required, JM Auto Racing will contact you before the item ships to review and confirm the charges.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and Remote Destinations

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and other remote destinations may require additional shipping charges.

Additional charges may not be displayed during checkout. JM Auto Racing will contact the customer before processing any supplemental shipping charge.

Canadian and International Shipments

Shipments to Canada are considered international shipments.

The recipient is responsible for all applicable:

• Import duties
• Taxes
• Customs charges
• Brokerage fees
• Handling fees
• Local government assessments

These charges are not included in the item price or standard shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.

International shipping quotes may be emailed to the customer for approval before the credit card is charged or before the order is released for shipment.

Delivery Estimates and Carrier Delays

Delivery dates displayed during checkout or provided by a carrier are estimates only. JM Auto Racing does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless the guarantee has been expressly confirmed in writing by JM Auto Racing.

JM Auto Racing is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Holidays
• Customs processing
• Government inspections
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Delivery appointment delays
• Manufacturer delays
• Supplier delays
• Events outside our reasonable control

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Additional charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or changed address may be charged to the customer. JM Auto Racing is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

JM Auto Racing continuously updates its online store to provide customers with current and accurate information. Due to the immediate and ongoing nature of these updates, errors or omissions may occasionally occur and may be corrected at any time without prior notice.

JM Auto Racing is not responsible for additional charges, labor costs, installation expenses, loss, delay, or damage resulting from information, whether correct or incorrect, referenced on the JM Auto Racing website or from products purchased through JM Auto Racing.

JM Auto Racing reserves the right to correct errors, revise information, request additional shipping charges, or cancel any undelivered order that was accepted based on inaccurate pricing, availability, shipping, product, or other information.
