Correct Address or Change Quantity
1. Log Into Your account.
2. Select the order you wish to modify.
3. Click on “Update shipping address”.
4. On the order editor screen, only the following fields can be manually updated
• street address
• apartment / suite
• phone number
If you need to update either the name or full shipping address, please visit our "Help center" and submit a ticket.
5. Once completed, You will see a confirmation message that the address has been updated. You may need to refresh Your page in order to see the change under the "Shipping information" section.
All address changes are subject to a review and additional follow-up questions. For your safety and privacy, we reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime if our systems flags the order for potential fraud. We are not liable for any package that has incorrect shipping information or is returned back to us due to missing information.
1. Log Into Your account.
2. Select the order You wish to modify.
3. Click on “Update cart items”
4. On the update items screen, You can either delete 1 or more items, remove the item completely, or add additional quantities.
5. Once completed, You will see a confirmation message that the items have been updated.
Refresh Your page to see the changes.
6. If You added additional quantities, a link will appear that will allow You to pay for the remaining balance.
7. If You removed items or decreased quantities, that portion of the order will be refunded back to the same payment method You initially used.
If we are able to cancel Your order, any pending charges will automatically fall off Your account with 1-2 business days. If You placed the order using PayPal, Affirm, Shop Pay, or any other 3rd party services, a refund to that original payment method will be available within 1-3 business days. We can not check on the status of these refund, so please contact the respective institution if You have futher questions.
