How to Cancel an Order
1. Access our website at www.jmautosports.com and click the link at the top of the page: Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
Mobile: Tap the menu button (top-right), then select Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations.
2. Enter your order number and either the email address or phone number associated with the order.
3. If the order information is correct, the order details page will load and the “Cancel Order” button will be highlighted. Click this button to submit a cancellation request to our team.
4. You will receive an email confirmation that your cancellation request was submitted. Please allow 1 business day for review. A final confirmation will be sent once the cancellation is completed.
IMPORTANT: If we are able to cancel your order, any pending charges will typically fall off your account within 1–2 business days. If you placed the order using PayPal, Affirm, Shop Pay, or any other third-party services, the refund to the original payment method is typically available within 1–3 business days.
We cannot check the status of third-party refunds. Please contact the payment provider directly if you have questions regarding refund timing.
