How to Cancel an Order
1. Log Into Your account.
2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
3. Below the order details, You will see the "Reorder" and "Cancel order" buttons.
4. Click on "Cancel order".
5. Select Your reason for cancellation and click "Proceed".
6. The following confirmation will appear along with an email confirming the order has been cancelled.
Anu pending charges will automatically fall off Your account with 1-2 business days. If You placed the order using PayPal, Affirm, Shop Pay, or any other 3rd party services, a refund to that original payment method will be available within 1-3 business days. We can not check on the status of these refund, so please contact the respective institution if You have futher questions.

4. If there is no cancallation button, click the link in our disclaimer to submit a cancellation ticket, or visit our Help Center which is located on the top of the home page.
5. Fill out the cancellation request for with all the required fields and click "Submit" to create an open ticket request. You will receive an email confirmation that the request is open. Allow up to 24 hours to get a response.
If we are able to cancel Your order, any pending charges will automatically fall off Your account with 1-2 business days.
