How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Access our website at www.jmautosports.com and click the link at the top of the page: Returns / Exchanges

Mobile: Tap the menu button (top-right), then select Returns / Exchanges.


2. The Returns & Exchanges portal page will load. Enter your order number and either your phone or zip code to locate your order.

3. Select the item you wish to return from the order.

4. Select the reason for your return. There may be a few follow-up questions to answer as well.

5. Add a few notes to tell us why you are requesting the return.

6. Photos are required showing the item is not installed or still in the original packaging.

7. Select either to return the item or exchange it.

8. For a return, select how you would like to receive your refund and the shipping method you would prefer to send the item back.
For exchanges, any balance owed or credit due will be displayed along with the shipping method to return the item back to us.

Approval: Allow 1-2 business days, for your return to be approved. You will receive an email with further instructions.
IMPORTANT: Do not send items back until your request is reviewed and approved. Returns/exchanges sent without approval may be delayed or refused.
Condition matters: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all hardware/accessories included (unless your return is for a verified shipping damage/defect claim).
Refund timing: If approved and received/inspected, refunds typically process within 1–3 business days. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post funds.
