The HPS Performance Aluminum Coolant Bleed Valve Kit is designed and produced to provide peace of mind. This kit serves as a crucial upgrade over the 5/8" stock plastic coolant bleed valve which is notoriously prone to crack and fail after repeated heat cycles. Once the factory piece is replaced evacuating air from the cooling system is a tedious task. The standout benefit of the HPS system is how effortlessly it allows you to remove stubborn trapped air bubbles during a standard coolant bleed. The setup includes a 6061 billet aluminum elbow perfectly matched with a high-quality bleeder screw for secure and convenient servicing using a 1/4" wrench. The included high-temperature resistant 3mm ID silicone hose provides a route for coolant and air to escape cleanly away from sensitive belts and electronics and back into the coolant tank while also providing a visual indication of any present air pockets. REMARK: The bleeder screw comes pre-torqued and ready to use DO NOT tighten the screw any further.

HPS and rsquo;s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at HPS and rsquo;s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. HPS assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. WARRANTY does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired. Products found to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at HPS and rsquo;s discretion. HPS reserves the right to make all determinations under this warranty. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time may be repaired or replaced for a fee.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be accompanied by an explanation and receipt. All shipping for warranty evaluation must be pre-paid and insured. HPS cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Damage not covered under the Lifetime Warranty may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged.
