The Centerforce(R) DFX(R) Clutch Series is the competition-proven clutch package for select import and domestic applications. This DFX series is engineered for competition standards of quality and craftsmanship. The DFX series is aimed at high-end applications that continually demand increased integrity and holding-capacity. DFX scores big not only with holding-capacity and strength but also provides some of the best drivability from a race-inspired single disc clutch. The DFX series features the patented Centerforce centrifugal weight system (where applicable) and retains an easy pedal effort thanks to Centerforce's patented ball bearing actuated diaphragm for smooth engagements without detriment to the vehicle's release components. The Centerforce DFX performance clutch system is SFI approved for competition with Nodular Iron pressure plate rings and reinforcements designed to help prevent drive strap breakage and safety. Your CENTERFORCE® product is covered by the Limited Warranty explained below that gives you specific legal rights. Your warrantor for these parts is Midway Industries, Inc., 2266 Crosswind Dr., Prescott, AZ ("Midway"). This limited warranty is the only warranty Midway makes in connection with your purchase.
What Is Covered?
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations herein Midway warrants to the initial retail purchaser ("purchaser") only that the Midway supplied product shall be free of defects existing in material or workmanship for 12 Months as measured from the date of initial retail purchase. "Defect" means a failure in Midway's workmanship or materials selected to conform a product to Midway's intended design, which failure exists at the time the product is delivered. No warranty is made as to further performance of your part or vehicle. The term of limited warranty for products purchased other than through Midway authorized resellers is reduced to ninety days from the initial retail purchase date. This Limited warranty is not transferable. Retail Customer must be able to provide copy of purchase receipt or have copy of completed warranty registration on file with Midway.
What Is Not Covered
Your Limited Warranty does not cover damage or claims other than with respect to defined defects nor to any component, vehicle, facility, or property other than the product sold by Midway. Your Limited Warranty does not cover any product Midway determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:
• Installation, application, alteration, combination or use not in accordance with Midway instructions & warnings, OEM installation and maintenance instructions, or accepted ASE guidelines (including slipping due to excessive torque from customer modified engines or racing).
• Damage to or in any part attributable to vehicle systems or components (including electronic stability control) not supplied by Midway.
• Normal wear and tear/product deterioration or loss of performance. This Limited Warranty is not a promise of future performance of your Midway component or your vehicle.
• Abuse, alteration or use in an incorrect application (including slipping due to excessive torque or racing)
• Accidents, theft, vandalism or other negligent or intentional damage.
• In consideration of the purchase price paid, neither Midway nor any independent reseller are responsible for any loss of use or time, rental costs, or for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or other damages (whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise) you may have or incur in connection with your vehicle, or your Midway product. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED & EXCLUDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Remedy Limited to Repair/Replacement/Limited Time for Filing Warranty Claims
The exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty shall, upon Midway's inspection and option, be either repair or replacement with CENTERFORCE® parts, which shall carry the remaining limited warranty term of the originally purchased part. Written notice of any claim for breach/damages related to this Limited Warranty must be provided Midway within 20 days of customer's first notice or concern with a defect and in all instances within 90 days of the date your Limited Warranty expires (i.e. not later than twelve months and 90 days from initial retail sale ) www.centerforce.com/warranty.Customers requesting warranty consideration should then contact Midway customer service (ph. 928/771-8422) to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All removal, shipping and installation costs are the customer’s responsibility. In the event Midway is unable to repair or replace a part warranted hereunder, you agree the backup remedy and any claim of whatsoever type related to economic loss from the product shall be limited to the initial purchase price of the product, plus tax and shipping, if any. No employee of Midway, authorized reseller, installer or third person can alter or waive the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Your Rights Under State Law/Dispute Resolution By Arbitration/Venue/Waiver of Jury Trial
This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. For example, while all implied warranties are disclaimed herein, any implied warranty required by law is limited to the duration and other enforceable terms of the express Limited Warranty described above. Some states do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations and exclusions herein may not apply to you.
Dispute Resolution By Arbitration/Venue/Waiver of Jury Trial
For separate, valuable consideration received; all claims arising from or related to purchase or use of Midway supplied components shall be maintained as a separate action by each customer with exclusive jurisdiction, and venue in Yavapai County, Arizona and determination applying Arizona state law (without reference to treaties or conflict of law provisions) through binding arbitration before a neutral selected by Customer from the JAMS® panel closest to Prescott, Arizona. To the extent permitted by law, each party shall bear its own costs and fees. By submitting a claim you acknowledge acceptance of these Limited Warranty terms.

We understand that sometimes, clients change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that clients are cautious about terms and conditions since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns and exchanges must be made via our return system.
- Returns will have a flat 15% restocking fee.
- Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
- Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required. For these products, instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.
- The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
- Items classified as “special order” or “made to order”
- Custom Wheels & Tires Packages
- Electronics

Cancellations
We all know that things happen a people change their mind as soon as the purchase things. We take pride in how quickly we get things out the door and with 4 warehouses to ship from plus stock owned at our manufacturers, that speed is always increasing. This is why we only except full cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an in stock order. This helps us ensure your package gets out on the truck immediately or can be flagged before it goes through the packaging process. For orders that are not in stock or special order, we allow 24 hours. Cancellations can be done online by following the instructions found HERE or by emailing support@jmautoracing.com ,
Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected. After 24 hours, or after an out of stock item has been confirmed, fees will apply to all cancellations with the exception of Special Order items, made to order items or custom built items; which can not be cancelled after the 24 hour period. Items confirmed on reserve or pre-ordered are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee is not to rip you off in any way. When you place an order, we lose 3% due to credit card processing, and also another 3% to credit your account. The other 4% is much less then what is needed to cover all other costs and expenses lost by cancelling an order, that was already processed. This fee is will only be imposed on orders that have not shipped. If a special order has been placed, such as pistons, turbo's, etc., and the items are built and ready to ship out, and a cancellation is requested, a 25% cancellation fee will be imposed IF possible to be cancelled.

What are my shipping fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JM Auto Racing error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.
Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by JM Auto Racing, a return shipping label will be provided.
Ð ÐŽore deposits
Some products sold on JM Auto Racing include a core deposit. These parts have a deposit that is charged upon purchase and fully refunded upon the return of the core. Cores must be in rebuildable condition and matching vehicle application to the product sold. Once the product is received and inspected, the deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment. Note: Product cores returned that are not fully assembled or are not the unit that was removed from the vehicle, will not be refunded and the core will be discarded. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. In some instances, return of the product may not be required. Products must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested in order to correctly process your request. For items mispackaged or missing, returns and replacements will be handeled as warranty requests, subject to manufacturer involvement and normally handled within 24-48 hours. Please note that products must be in the original packaging and there are additional requirements for products that ship freight.
LTL and Freight Shipments will cover the delivery of most oversized items, including but not limited to, body kits, hoods, trunks, spoilers, doors, roll cages. Items should be thoroughly inspected at time of delivery. Any damage NEEDS to be notated on the Bill of Lading prior to the driver leaving for an insurance to be valid. If damage, is not noted, the insurance is voided out and will need to be dealt with between you and the shipping carrier.
Billing, refunds & credits
Payment for orders placed using PayPal of Affirm will be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Payments for orders placed using a debit or credit card will be authorized only and captured upon shipping. What does this mean? If your order is in stock, it will be charged normally. For out-of-stock items arriving within 30 days, you may see the authorization temporarily fall off. The funds will be placed back into your account and you won't see the pending charge from us. Once the item ships, you will see the funds deducted and the charge posted to your account. For out-of-stock items after 30 days, the above will take place, however we will have to recharge your card once the item is ready to ship.
Refunds for returned products are issued with 3-5 business days once they are received by our warehouse and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Google, Affirm, Check). All returns, where JM Auto Racing is not at fault, will have 15% restocking fee less than cost of freight. Free shipping items will have the initial freight fees deducted from the final refund. Shipping is only free if you keep the item you purchased. Some items will have a higher restocking fee. This information will be revealed to you up front upon requesting a return. Once the refund has been issued a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
Shipping & delivery
To ensure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, DHL, Ontrac, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different type of products and shipping destinations. Most products in stock ship same day, or within 1 business day after which its delivery can be tracked via tracking number sent to your email. For custom or made to order items shipping time varies as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Products that are oversized must ship truck freight / LTL which differs from ground shipments. NOTE: These oversized items require inspection and a signature upon delivery. For more information on freight shipping click here.
- Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees. Detailed Info can be found here here.
- Shipments to HI, AK, PR, Guam, Virgin Islands, APOs, & Canada might require extra shipping charges. International shipping quotes will be e-mailed to the customer before the credit card is charged.
- Oversized items such as hoods, body kits, bumpers, tonneau covers, roofs, trunks and spoilers may require additional postage that is not displayed on the website. You will be contacted prior to the item shipping to confirm.
