How To Return/Exchange an Item
1. Return/Exchange Center can be accessed directly from our Help Center.
(1) Alternatively, scroll down to the very bottom of our page. Under the “Customer Service” menu, you will see “Request Return”.
2. On the return portal screen, enter your order number as well as either the phone or email used when placing it.
3. Choose the box that says “Return”.
4. Fill out the required information
• Quantity to return
• Reason for the
return*
Click “Next” when complete. Alternatively you can switch to an exchange from here as well.
*Please choose the accurate return reason. Restocking fees will apply as per our return policy on reasons that we are not at fault. Selecting wrong reason to get out of the restocking fee will just result in a longer processing time for your refund and/or incur additional processing fees.
5. Choose whether you would like to procced with the return or change to an exchange.
6. Select how you would like to receive your refund.
7. Select how you would like to return the item. Once completed, select “Proceed to Return”.
8. The following confirmation will appear on the screen. You will also receive an email confirmation with this information.
9. The return status page will update showing you the return has been requested and a breakdown of any fees involved. An email notification will also be sent.
10. Once the return is approved, the dashboard will be updated to the “approved status” and the return label will be accessible for download.
You will also be emailed with this information.
11. After we receive your item, it will be marked as received and inspected. You will be notified by email and the return dashboard that this occurred.
Allow 1 business day from this point for your refund to be processed.
12. An email and status update on your completed refund will be sent to you once processed.
13. Your account “Order Status” page will also be updated to reflect this order was been refunded.

Click “Next” when complete.
5. Choose whether you would like to switch to a similar product or a different product all together.
6. From here, you can search for the product you want or pick from the pre-generated list.
Products that are more expensive will appear with a red price and ones that are less expensive, in green.
7. Items with an increase in price.

8. Confirm the exchange information is correct, the method you would like to return the item back to us and ensure the shipping address is correct and press “Proceed to Exchange”.
9. After entering your payment method, the following confirmation message will appear on the screen letting you know that the request has gone through. You will also receive an email with this information.
10. Once the exchange is approved by our team, an email will be sent with the return label. You
can also find this information in the return portal here.
Please allow 24 hours for all exchanges to be
processed.
11. When the item is received and inspected, an email will be sent confirming this. The return portal will also update and a replacement order will be available for viewing.
