How To Return/Exchange an Item
1. Return/Exchange Center can be accessed directly at the top of the page.

(1) Alternatively, scroll down to the very bottom of our page. Under the “Customer Service” menu, you will see “Request Return”.


2. On the return portal screen, enter your order number as well as either the phone or email used when placing it.
3. Choose the box that says “Return Your Item”.


4. Select the reason for your return.

*Please choose the accurate return reason. Restocking fees will apply as per our return policy on reasons that we are not at fault. Selecting wrong reason to get out of the restocking fee will just result in a longer processing time for your refund and/or incur additional processing fees.

5. Answer truthfully a few questions about the current state and condition of the package. You may be required to upload some photos depending on the reason selected.
6. Last Chance to procced with the return or switch over to an exchange.


7. Confirm information is accurate and click "Confirm"
8. You will be required to acknowledge and accept our Return Policy and Terms and Conditions before moving on. We encourage everyone to read them.


9. Select how you would like to receive your refund. Some options for store credit may offer you an incentive. Also a detailed breakdown of all fees will be available to you.
10. Click submit and your RMA # will be generated and an email sent to you confirming this information. Please allow 24-48 hours from this point to allow customer service to process this.


11. Once approved, an email will be sent with the RMA and shipping label for you to print out.

Please allow 2-3 business days from when we receive the item back to inspect and process the refund. An email will be sent to you upon receiving the item, once it's inspected and confirmation of the refund.

4. Fill out the required information

Click “Next” when complete.

5. Choose whether you would like to switch to a similar product or a different product all together.
6. From here, you can search for the product you want or pick from the pre-generated
list.
Products that are more expensive will appear with a red price and ones that are less expensive, in
green.

8. Confirm the exchange information is correct, the method you would like to return the item back to us and ensure the shipping address is correct and press “Proceed to Exchange”.


9. After entering your payment method, the following confirmation message will appear on the screen letting you know that the request has gone through. You will also receive an email with this information.
10. Once the exchange is approved by our team, an email will be sent with the return label. You
can also find this information in the return portal here.
Please allow 24 hours for all exchanges to be
processed.


11. When the item is received and inspected, an email will be sent confirming this. The return portal will also update and a replacement order will be available for viewing.
