Description

ST spacers are mounted between the wheel hub and alloy wheels. The result is a widened track, improved stance and an increased handling performance. ST spacers also give the impression of a wider rim. This is a simple and effective way to achieve a sportier appearance with tuneable driving dynamics. The ST spacers are available in black anodized aluminium.

The AZX Spacers are a bolt on system with patented center adapters for double centring for cars with wheel bolts AND threaded wheel studs. The double centring system guarantees an optimal fitment. Different center bores can be covered with the exchangeable center adapters. The wheel spacer is mounted to the wheel hub with the added mounting material. For cars with threaded wheel studs the ST threaded studs are used to mount the wheel to the wheel spacer. For cars with wheel bolts M14x1.5 bolts are used to mount the wheel on the wheel spacer. Additionally a conversion from wheel bolts to threaded wheel studs is possible due to the ST threaded studs. The AZX Spacers feature:

At JM Auto Racing we make returns and other client services as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the automotive industry. We understand that sometimes, clients change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that clients are cautious about terms and conditions since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days. The following rules apply:

  • All returns and exchanges must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid & signed RMA form.
  • Returns will have a flat 15% restocking fee.
  • Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required. For these products, instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.
  • The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
    • Items classified as “special order” or “made to order”
    • Custom Wheels & Tires Packages
    • Electronics
    • Any non-EPA compliant product including but non limited to catless test pipes, downpipes, headers and high flow cats. We will try to make as many accomadations as possible however a 25% restocking fee will apply. Please contact us to learn more.

Cancellations
We all know that things happen a people change their mind as soon as the purchase things. We take pride in how quickly we get things out the door and with 4 warehouses to ship from plus stock owned at our manufacturers, that speed is always increasing. This is why we only except full cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an in stock order. This helps us ensure your package gets out on the truck immediately or can be flagged before it goes through the packaging process. For orders that are not in stock or special order, we allow 24 hours. Cancellations can be done online by following the instructions found HERE or by emailing [email protected] ,

Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected. After 24 hours, or after an out of stock item has been confirmed, fees will apply to all cancellations with the exception of Special Order items, made to order items or custom built items; which can not be cancelled after the 24 hour period. Items confirmed on reserve or pre-ordered are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee is not to rip you off in any way. When you place an order, we lose 3% due to credit card processing, and also another 3% to credit your account. The other 4% is much less then what is needed to cover all other costs and expenses lost by cancelling an order, that was already processed. This fee is will only be imposed on orders that have not shipped. If a special order has been placed, such as pistons, turbo's, etc., and the items are built and ready to ship out, and a cancellation is requested, a 25% cancellation fee will be imposed IF possible to be cancelled.

What are my shipping fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JM Auto Racing error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.
Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by JM Auto Racing, a return shipping label will be provided.

Сore deposits
Some products sold on JM Auto Racing include a core deposit. These parts have a deposit that is charged upon purchase and fully refunded upon the return of the core. Cores must be in rebuildable condition and matching vehicle application to the product sold. Once the product is received and inspected, the deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment. Note: Product cores returned that are not fully assembled or are not the unit that was removed from the vehicle, will not be refunded and the core will be discarded. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. In some instances, return of the product may not be required. Products must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested in order to correctly process your request. For items mispackaged or missing, returns and replacements will be handeled as warranty requests, subject to manufacturer involvement and normally handled within 24-48 hours. Please note that products must be in the original packaging and there are additional requirements for products that ship freight.

LTL and Freight Shipments will cover the delivery of most oversized items, including but not limited to, body kits, hoods, trunks, spoilers, doors, roll cages. Items should be thoroughly inspected at time of delivery. Any damage NEEDS to be notated on the Bill of Lading prior to the driver leaving for an insurance to be valid. If damage, is not noted, the insurance is voided out and will need to be dealt with between you and the shipping carrier.

Billing, refunds & credits
Payment for orders placed using PayPal of Affirm will be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Payments for orders placed using a debit or credit card will be authorized only and captured upon shipping. What does this mean? If your order is in stock, it will be charged normally. For out-of-stock items arriving within 30 days, you may see the authorization temporarily fall off. The funds will be placed back into your account and you won't see the pending charge from us. Once the item ships, you will see the funds deducted and the charge posted to your account. For out-of-stock items after 30 days, the above will take place, however we will have to recharge your card once the item is ready to ship.

Refunds for returned products are issued with 3-5 business days once they are received by our warehouse and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Google, Affirm, Check). All returns, where JM Auto Racing is not at fault, will have 15% restocking fee less than cost of freight. Free shipping items will have the initial freight fees deducted from the final refund. Shipping is only free if you keep the item you purchased. Some items will have a higher restocking fee. This information will be revealed to you up front upon requesting a return. Once the refund has been issued a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Shipping & delivery
To ensure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, DHL, Ontrac, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different type of products and shipping destinations. Most products in stock ship same day, or within 1 business day after which its delivery can be tracked via tracking number sent to your email. For custom or made to order items shipping time varies as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Products that are oversized must ship truck freight / LTL which differs from ground shipments. NOTE: These oversized items require inspection and a signature upon delivery. For more information on freight shipping click here.
  • Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees. Detailed Info can be found here here.
  • Shipments to HI, AK, PR, Guam, Virgin Islands, APOs, & Canada might require extra shipping charges. International shipping quotes will be e-mailed to the customer before the credit card is charged.
  • Oversized items such as hoods, body kits, bumpers, tonneau covers, roofs, trunks and spoilers may require additional postage that is not displayed on the website. You will be contacted prior to the item shipping to confirm.

Founded in the early 80’s in Southern California, under the company name of Suspension Techniques. Suspension Techniques developed many innovative products and solutions in response to market demands. Utilizing quality materials, modern technologies, and streamline processes Suspension Techniques was able to provide excellent value for their product in the marketplace. Suspension Techniques soon established themselves as a recognized name in the Sport Compact suspension tuning industry. This success helped garner the attention of many enthusiasts and tuners resulting in a strong growth in the brand in the USA.

The Sporttech & Speedtech lowering springs along with the Suspension Techniques Sway Bar kits became a household name in the tuning scene in the 80's and 90's, being referred to in many circles simply as ST. In 1995 this attention attracted a new owner, Belltech Sport Trucks, who brought a whole new dimension to the ST lineup. With the acquisition ST was relocated from southern California to Fresno CA.

In 2005, the German suspension manufacturer KW automotive GmbH, well known internationally for their KW Coilover height adjustable suspension systems, purchased both Belltech Sport Trucks and Suspension Techniques and launched KW automotive North America Inc. With the name purchase and a formal name change of the brand to it’s current nameplate of “ST suspensions”. The infusion of the technology from ST’s new parent company took ST's game to a whole new level, increasing not only its application range coverage, but adding the innovative ST Coilover program, which was modeled after a galvanized KW Variant 1 coilover design.

With this influx of worldwide technology, staff, and engineering base ST boasts one of the largest application ranges and largest distribution chains of any suspension manufacturer in North America.

Warranty

Warranty Conditions & Limitations

This warranty is NOT TRANSFERRABLE, and is limited to the United States and its holdings, Canada and Mexico. This warranty does not apply to:

  • Any articles not purchased through authorized KW automotive North America Inc. dealers.
  • Any articles that show signs of abuse, collision or improper installation.
  • Any parts that are installed in vehicles that are used for race purposes, operated commercially, or used in off road conditions.
  • Any parts that have been sold with "No Warranty" designation on the original invoice.
  • Any parts that have been modified or altered in any way from its original configuration.
  • Any parts that have been:
    • Installed improperly.
    • Used out of its published operating range or outside KW tested force ranges, i.e.
      • Excessively lowered or raised vehicles.
      • Used in conjunction with non Non-KW automotive North America Inc. approved Air Bag kits, sway bars, springs, control arms etc…

Claim Obligation
KW automotive North America Inc.'s obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the defective KW automotive Inc. component only.

Warranty acceptance along with the corresponding replacement or repair of the KW automotive component is at the discretion of KW automotive North America Inc. engineering staff. KW automotive North America Inc. is not responsible for any costs associated with the removal, replacement or shipping of the defective part, and under no circumstances will be liable for any costs or consequential damages that might be incurred.

KW automotive North America Inc. is a progressive company that is continuously improving its product line. KW automotive North America Inc. reserves the right to improve any and all of our products and materials or design without obligation to incorporate these changes in previously manufactured products.

Consumer Claim Procedures

In the interest of 100% Customer Satisfaction, we request that before a warranty claim is submitted, please contact the KW automotive Tech & Customer Service department to accurately diagnose the problem. This will ensure quick handling and resolution of your issue.

To process a valid warranty claim, contact the original place of purchase of your KW automotive North America Inc. part along with the original receipt for a determination of claim. If the product cannot be returned to the original place of purchase, please call KW automotive North America Inc by phone to request a Return Material Authorization number or RMA# and a tech sheet (if applicable).

Send the defective unit shipping prepaid along with the following documents:

  • Return Material Authorization number or RMA#
  • A copy of your original invoice
  • A copy of the completed brand specific tech sheet
  • Copy of the Vehicle's Registration certificate
