Amazing customer service I forgot the owners name but he was extremely helpful with explaining everything about the product and why it was on backorder. He answered calls in a respectful way eager to help with any question he also called me personally to inform me that what I had ordered was back ordered and politely offered a refund if I was unwilling to wait.
