Shipping, Returns & Exchanges:

• All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. For orders placed on weekends, it will be the next business day.
• Average shipping times are 4-5 business days, but may be shorter depending on your location.
• Cancellations on in-stock items must be done within 30min. After that we may not be able to pull the package back from processing. Cancellations on out of stock items that are manufacturer reserved may incur a 10% cancellation fee.
• Special Order, Made to Order or Custom Items can not be cancelled after 24 hours. Returns are not accepted on these types of items.
• All returns have a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees may not be refundable. In an event where the return is due to our fault or a fitment issue, returns will be accepted without any fees.
• Exchanges will not occur any restocking fee however, shipping fees may still apply.
• All items that are sent back must be in their original condition. No signs of installation or use, in the original packaging with all accessories. If these terms are not met, your return may be rejected or hit with additional fees.

Due to the complexity of shipping larger items, please note the following:

• Larger items such as body kits, hoods, trunks, spoiler, some exhausts and a few other items may have additional shipping charges that are not present in the estimated shipping cost. Your card will be authorized but not charged until you confirm the shipping rates. We will contact you.
• There will be a combined shipping discount for multiple large items. We will contact you once the order is placed to confirm the actual shipping charges prior to shipping. For international orders, your card won't be charged until we confirm shipping rates.
• International Orders, Hawaii, & Alaska - When placing orders for larger items, the rate shown is sometimes higher than what will be charged. We will confirm these rates prior to charging the card and processing the order.
• Brands include Greddy Aero Kits, APR Performance, Seibon, VIS, Ark Performance Aero Parts and certain Motordyne Exhausts.

Special Order items and custom items are non-refundable and can NOT be cancelled once ordered and confirmed. Please refer to our Return and Cancellation Policy
*Only an authorization is taken on your credit card for these larger items. Charges will show "Pending", however will not be processed and captured until we confirm shipping rates with you.
